Overview
Marlene Li joined Faegre Drinker in 2013 and regularly advises foreign clients on their investments, daily operation and compliance in China. She has experience in “greenfield” investment, cross-border M&A transactions, and joint venture investments. Marlene also assists clients with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) diligence and internal investigations.
