Maggie Liu helps attorneys translate legal documents for corporate matters, international transactions, cross-border investment and dispute resolution cases, including commercial contracts, master sale agreements, share transfer agreements, distribution agreements, employment contracts, settlement agreements, industry policies, financial statements and articles of association, and board resolutions. Maggie also translates documents related to note offerings, project financing, private equity funds, construction, subsidiary formation, antitrust filings, arbitration and litigation.

Maggie supports legal services for clients from the manufacturing, automotive, chemical, construction, technology (telecommunication, IT), labor/employment, real estate, new energy, retail, media and aviation/airline sectors.

Maggie’s expertise includes oral interpretation such as translating during business negotiation, technical trainings, conferences and meetings.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Maggie worked as a translator for two global law firms. She also served as interpreter and assistant to a senior officer of a medical service company.
