Overview

Christine Long guides public companies through ongoing disclosure and periodic reporting requirements under securities laws. She also advises public companies on corporate governance matters, stock exchange requirements, executive compensation matters and related issues.
In addition to counseling on and preparing SEC reports and other disclosure documents, Christine has experience with public offerings and other securities transactions. She has advised companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Christine also provides legal counsel on general business matters and contract preparation.

In-House Experience

Christine spent more than five years with a public company — most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In her in-house position, Christine advised senior management on securities law disclosure obligations, corporate governance matters, equity compensation issues, stock exchange requirements, changes in securities regulations and other public company matters.
