Blayre has counseled clients in the health care and life sciences industries in white collar and product liability matters. She has represented health care institutions in credentialing claims, defended medical device manufacturers in product liability litigation, and represented pharmaceutical companies in anti-counterfeiting and misbranding matters. Blayre also advises consumer products and auto industry manufacturers during product liability litigation.
Blayre has addressed a myriad of complicated issues for her clients, including antitrust claims, allegations of fraudulent inducement in corporate sales and anomalies in municipal finance. She has also navigated product liability litigation and mass toxic tort litigation.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Blayre worked as a summer associate at an Indianapolis law firm. She also interned with the General Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists’ Department of Public Affairs & Religious Liberty, aiding in the development of religious liberty legislation.
Blayre passionately believes in international human rights and the protection of religious liberty. She also enjoys traveling the globe.
