Overview
Ed Marlow draws from more than 30 years of experience to advise clients on a broad spectrum of banking and finance matters. He represents corporate trustees, security trustees, banks and major corporations, both in the U.K. and internationally. He has particular expertise in transactions, restructurings and project financings, including matters involving multiple jurisdictions, competing creditors and the taking of cross-border security.
Ed's wide-ranging practice includes expertise in the following:

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Ed worked as a senior banking lawyer at a major London law firm, where he spent two years as head of the firm's Hong Kong banking practice. He also served as counsel in London at another U.S. law firm.Services & Industries
