Midori Okamoto partners with organizations in the technology and life sciences industries to develop and implement business-oriented intellectual property and commercial strategies.

Midori specializes in providing advice in connection with a broad range of cross-border commercial and non-contentious IP transactions.

Her experience includes advising clients on:

Midori has experience working with organizations from across the globe, particularly in the U.K., U.S. and Japan.

Midori also provides regulatory and data privacy advice on intellectual property and technology matters.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Midori worked as a technology transactions associate at an international firm in Tokyo and corporate finance associate at an international firm in London.

Personal Interests

A member of U.K.-Japan choir and member of the City of London Choir, Midori devotes her time to music. In addition to singing, she plays the piano and viola. Midori also enjoys swimming and traveling.
