Justin Olson litigates complex commercial cases. He focuses on antitrust issues — both as a litigator and a counselor — as well as false claims act litigation, shareholder litigation and securities litigation. He combines zealous advocacy with common sense to find practical solutions for clients, particularly those within the health care industry, looking to win, resolve or prevent litigation.

Antitrust Litigation and Counseling

Justin has successfully represented clients alleging and defending antitrust claims in high-stakes matters with millions of dollars at issue. He also counsels clients on federal and state antitrust issues, including:
