Daniel Parks helps clients manage and protect innovation by building and enforcing business-focused patent portfolios. Daniel focuses on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical and electromechanical arts. He also assists clients in determining whether opportunities exist to market a product or service.

Personal Interests

An avid hobbyist, Daniel enjoys a variety of activities. As a carpenter and woodworker, Daniel can always be found planning some new home renovation project (or buying a new power tool for said project). You’re also likely to find Daniel out on the golf course engaged in a perpetual pursuit to lower his handicap. Finally, never one to enjoy running, Daniel endeavors to keep the rubber side down during social cycling rides.
