Overview
Bryan Pasciak has successfully represented clients through all stages of product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation. As a member of the firm’s nationally ranked product liability group, he has the privilege of working with drug, device and manufacturing clients to protect and defend their life-changing products.
Bryan has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the country, with experience including multidistrict litigation, class actions, commercial disputes and single-plaintiff claims. He has represented clients in matters involving:

- Pharmaceutical products
- Environmental contamination
- Consumer products
- Contractual disputes
- The Uniform Commercial Code
- The False Claims Act
- Securities
Bryan’s experience in these matters ranges from initial investigations to all aspects of fact, expert and complex e-discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, trials, and appeals.
Personal Interests
Bryan spends much of his free time with his wife, two children and golden retriever. As a former collegiate athlete, he loves playing basketball, going for bike rides and enjoying the outdoors.
