Jennifer Pearcy provides counsel and legal services to clients seeking to advance their business objectives through various transactions. She represents commercial lenders, financial institutions, and public and private companies in a broad range of transactions, including loan originations and documentation of secured and unsecured syndicated and single bank credit facilities, complex real estate development financings and acquisition financings, bankruptcy, restructuring, and workouts.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Jennifer was an associate at Jones Day in Chicago. While in law school, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for Lucas County in Toledo, Ohio.
