Jacqueline advises nonprofit clients on everything from formation and governance issues to tax exemption applications. She assists clients with compliance and helps them determine eligibility of grantees for private foundations. Jacqueline also advises organizations exempt from federal and state income taxes on general legal matters.

Jacqueline represents real estate developers, financial institutions and corporate clients in transactions including:
- Debt and equity financing
- Credit tenant leases
- Property transfers
- Title and survey issues
Jacqueline has helped clients navigate the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) TPA (transfer of physical assets) process, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compliance, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) issues.
Prior to attending law school, Jacqueline was a third grade teacher at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Dallas, Texas.
