Overview

Barbara Pratt supports food industry clients against labeling and class action consumer fraud claims, as well as foodborne illness and contamination cases. She works primarily with the firm’s food litigation and regulatory practice group, which is nationally ranked by Chambers USA and is a Law360 Practice Group of the Year for 2017. Barbara brings diverse legal experience, including product liability, construction, mass tort, personal injury, financial services, regulatory and complex business litigation.

Barbara has experience working both at private law firms and in house at a national financial services corporation.
