Jaime Quick litigates and negotiates complex marital and family law cases, serving as a trusted advisor to individuals during challenging family situations. She is also experienced in commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels and in probate and guardianship administration and litigation.

Marital and Family Law

Jaime has represented clients in proceedings related to:

  • Divorce
  • Timesharing disputes
  • Paternity actions
  • Post-dissolution issues
  • Modifications of alimony and child support
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Domestic partnerships

Jaime works closely with forensic accountants to achieve valuation of businesses and incomes of the parties in high net worth cases.

In marital and family law cases she has served as a guardian ad litem. She also has advised and handled appeals of family law cases.

Commercial Experience

Jaime works with in-house counsel of large corporations and financial institutions as outside counsel handling large, complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, from discovery and pre-trial motions to trials and appeals.

Management Experience

In addition to managing complex matters from start to finish, Jaime owned and managed her own family law firm in Florida for more than a decade.

Personal Interests

Jaime played four years of NCAA Division I tennis at UCF on a full tennis scholarship.
