Overview
Steve Ramey represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated and single bank credit agreements, complex real estate development financings and acquisition financings.
Past Experience
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Steve worked as an associate at an Indiana firm, gaining experience in general litigation and transactional matters. Steve also clerked with the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Attorney General's Civil Litigation Division, Indiana Secretary of State's Securities Division and Tippecanoe County Superior Court.
Before law school, Steve worked as a registered representative and financial advisor with Charles Schwab and Company.
