Molly Regan-Selle supports attorneys and clients through immigration matters.
Molly helps prepare applications filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including petitions for nonimmigrant status, family-based and employment-based immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Molly prepares and files applications for foreign labor certification with the U.S. Department of Labor and visa applications with the U.S. Department of State's consular offices abroad. She also prepares applications for political asylum and refugee visa processing.
