Overview

Jenny Warfield assists clients across the country on commercial real estate transactions. She represents corporations, developers, retailers, contractors, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants in a wide array of matters involving office, multi-family, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Jenny represented corporate entities and private equity firms in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. She also advised clients on issues relating to corporate governance, contract drafting, entity formation and regulatory compliance.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys long-distance running, snowboarding, hot yoga and chasing her corgi around the dog park.
