Overview

Julie Weller represents individual and corporate clients in construction and real estate litigation matters. Julie’s work includes assisting robotics and automation clients with contract risk assessment and drafting. She also works with clients at all stages of eminent domain litigation.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Julie served as deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she managed real estate litigation files, including eminent domain, quiet title and mortgage foreclosure actions. She has also represented state agencies in mediations and settlement negotiations, and she has counseled independent contractors through real estate transactions for INDOT.
