Overview

Isaac Willett is a strategic partner to health care and life sciences companies in the planning and execution of business transactions. He represents health systems, hospitals, health care providers and life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other business transactions. He also assists health care and life sciences clients in identifying and assessing regulatory compliance issues involving reporting obligations arising from financial relationships with health care providers, health care privacy laws, health care fraud and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and health care facility licensing laws in the contexts of conducting transactional due diligence and developing effective compliance programs.

Personal Interests

Isaac enjoys running, golf, coaching youth soccer, and traveling with his wife and three children.
