Overview
Tess Williams is a corporate and real estate investment finance lawyer. She helps private companies and private equity funds manage risk and make strategic investments in commercial and multifamily real estate.
Real Estate Financing
Tess has particular experience representing developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private equity investors as they finance the acquisition, construction and operation of office buildings, multifamily residences, industrial buildings and other properties. In addition, Tess advises clients in structuring and financing historic tax credit transactions with both state and federal tax credits.
Corporate & M&A
