Nathaniel skillfully manages and oversees cases all the way through trial, including working with clients to establish a case strategy and build a strong case. He has represented manufacturers, technology companies and financial institutions.
In addition to litigation, Nathaniel provides training on trade secrets issue and counsels clients on developing trade secret protection programs. He also assists with internal financial investigations.
Beyond his work at Faegre Baker Daniels, Nathaniel practiced with Briol & Benson PLLC and served as the deputy director of the Project for Civil Justice Reform and the Project for International Religious Liberty at Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C.
