Overview

Nathaniel Zylstra is an experienced litigator who represents regional, national and international businesses in state, federal, and international courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He helps clients resolve commercial and financial disputes, claims of trade secret misappropriation and multimillion-dollar class actions.

Established Litigator

Nathaniel skillfully manages and oversees cases all the way through trial, including working with clients to establish a case strategy and build a strong case. He has represented manufacturers, technology companies and financial institutions.

Skilled Counselor

In addition to litigation, Nathaniel provides training on trade secrets issue and counsels clients on developing trade secret protection programs. He also assists with internal financial investigations.

Previous Experience

Beyond his work at the firm, Nathaniel practiced with Briol & Benson PLLC and served as the deputy director of the Project for Civil Justice Reform and the Project for International Religious Liberty at Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C.
