Archer-Daniels-Midland Company Defends ERISA Class Action

Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) successfully defended an ERISA class action, with Faegre Baker Daniels advising on the litigation. The court found that fiduciaries of an employer stock plan acquired by ADM did not breach their duty of prudence by continuing to invest 65 percent of the plan's assets in employer stock during the period from the plan's termination to the distribution of its assets.
