National Bank Resolves Interest in Bankruptcy Case Involving Public Housing

A major national bank resolved a complicated adversary proceeding in a bankruptcy case involving loan and escrow issues pertaining to a public housing complex with the guidance of our attorneys. The case, in which the trustee sought to avoid alleged fraudulent transfers, was resolved partly through summary judgment victories and partly through settlement.
