BASF Corporation Obtains Summary Judgment in Alleged Product Defect Litigation

Faegre Baker Daniels represented BASF Corporation in a Minnesota state court action filed by a plaintiff general contractor, claiming in excess of $1 million in damages caused by alleged defects in the manufacture and packaging of a construction caulking product. FaegreBD’s product liability team obtained complete summary judgment, resulting in the dismissal of all the plaintiff’s claims.  PCiRoads v.
