Educational Products and Services Provider Summary Judgment Affirmed on 7th Circuit Appeal

Pearson Education, Inc. received summary judgment on a sex discrimination claim brought by a former female employee related to a dispute over severance pay. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit affirmed summary judgment in Pearson’s favor, concluding that the former female employee could not establish sex discrimination based on the undisputed facts and notwithstanding a discovery dispute.  Our firm represented Pearson.
