Higher Education Institutions Work to Develop Classroom and Campus Recording Policies

With the increased use of technology in the classroom and the ease of audio and video recording, higher education institutions must consider the need for new or updated policies that govern the rights of and restrictions on students and faculty in recording classroom lectures and discussions, community expectations for recording in other campus contexts, as well as the appropriate use of such recordings.
