LiqTech International Completes Public Offering

LiqTech International is a clean technology company that provides state-of-the-art technologies for gas and liquid purification by manufacturing ceramic silicon carbide filters. For more than a decade, LiqTech has developed and manufactured products of re-crystallized silicon carbide. It specializes in two business areas: ceramic membranes for liquid filtration and diesel particulate filters (DPFs) for the control of soot exhaust particles from diesel engines. Using nanotechnology, LiqTech develops proprietary products using patented silicon carbide technology. Our represented Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC as the sole underwriter for the $6.6 million offering.
