FaegreBD Advises Underwriter in Aehr Test Systems' Public Offering

Faegre Baker Daniels represented Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC as the sole underwriter in Aehr Test Systems’ public offering valued at $17.3 million. The common stock trades on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “AEHR.” The company closed on the offering on April 19, 2017.

Aehr Test is a worldwide provider of test systems for burning-in and testing logic, optical and memory integrated circuits, and has an installed base of more than 2,500 systems worldwide. Aehr Test has developed and introduced several innovative products, including the ABTS^TM and FOX-P families of test and burn-in systems, and FOX WaferPak Aligner, FOX-XP WaferPak Contactor, and FOX DiePak® Carrier. The company is headquartered in Fremont, California.

Ben Stacke in FaegreBD’s capital markets practice led the team along with Morgan Burns, Jonathan Zimmerman, Ryan Woessner, Jonny Nemani and Steve Conley. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC acted as sole underwriter for the offering.
