Gayle L. Skolnik


Gayle Skolnik represents employers, fiduciaries and service providers with respect to all aspects of employee benefit law, including plan design, implementation and administration; government compliance; benefits aspects of corporate transactions; training and ERISA litigation. She represents and counsels clients regarding pension and profit-sharing plans, deferred compensation arrangements and executive compensation plans, tax-sheltered annuity plans and other benefits and compensation plans of tax-exempt employers, stock-based compensation plans, health and welfare plans, cafeteria plans, and other benefits programs and practices. She previously led Faegre Baker Daniels' employee benefits practice group for eight years.
