Patrick H. Reilly

Associate

Patrick Reilly concentrates his practice on complex litigation, with a primary focus on product liability and sports law matters. His complex litigation experience includes:

  • Trying cases
  • Taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions
  • Drafting dispositive motions, including Daubert, summary judgment, trial briefs and appellate briefs
  • Oral arguments and hearings
  • Mediation and negotiation (from pre-suit resolution to handling global settlements)

Products Liability

Patrick has represented national and international manufacturers of a variety of products in state and federal courts across the United States and in Canada as a member of the firm's product liability group that is nationally ranked by Chambers USA and U.S. News & World Report, as well as "Highly Recommended" in Legal Media Group's Life Sciences edition. He has particular experience with mass torts, drugs and devices, medical supplies, engines, automotive equipment, and various transportation litigation. His representation has included:
