Ryann E. Ricchio

Associate

A labor and employment lawyer, Ryann Ricchio defends clients in employment litigation and is experienced representing clients in all stages of charge defense before federal, state and local agencies. She also counsels clients on federal and state compliance and regulations. Ryann draws upon her prior human resource experience in assisting clients with complex and sensitive investigations, policy reviews, and other day-to-day HR issues.

Tax Experience

When Ryann joined Faegre Baker Daniels, she assisted corporate taxpayers with matters involving state income and franchise taxes, sales and use tax, local property taxes and property tax exemptions. 

Past Experience

Before her legal career, Ryann worked at ArcelorMittal Indiana Harbor handling bargaining unit personnel matters. She initiated strategic recruitment plans for craft positions, facilitated interviews and maintained working relationships with local labor unions. She also worked at Citizens Financial Bank, offering support in federal compliance, employee training and disciplinary issues.
