The Appellate Practice Compendium

Jon Laramore and Aaron Van Oort are both contributing authors in The Appellate Practice Compendium, a publication of the American Bar Association(2012). The 65- chapter book features valuable information regarding planning an appeal in all 50 states and Washington D.C., all federal circuit courts, and the U.S. Military Appellate Court. Van Oort authored chapter nine in this compendium, focusing on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. While, chapter 30, authored by Laramore, focuses on Indiana appellate courts.
