Baker & Daniels associate Anne Ricchiuto has been named to the Indiana Conference on Legal Education Opportunity's (ICLEO) Advisory Committee. She will serve a three-year term on the committee, comprised of lawyers, judges and Indiana law school professors.
The core mission of ICLEO and its committee is to assist minority, low-income and educationally disadvantaged college graduates pursue a law degree in Indiana and become members of the Indiana legal and professional community. The Advisory Committee assists in the selection of ICLEO Fellows and development of programming ideas that will help the Fellows succeed in law school and the practice of law.
"Baker & Daniels has been involved with ICLEO for many years and is very supportive of its mission," said pro bono and diversity coordinator Brita Horvath. "Anne will fulfill her role and serve the Committee well. We are very pleased that she has been appointed and will be representing Baker & Daniels."
Ricchiuto is a member of the firm's business litigation team and advises clients of all sizes with a variety of business disputes, particularly those arising from contractual obligations and corporate transactions. She also provides counseling and litigation representation to government entities, including municipal corporations and city and county officials.
Ricchiuto is a member of the Baker & Daniels Women's Forum Steering Committee and also serves on the Shortridge Magnet High School for Law & Public Policy Community Council Steering Committee.
