Faegre & Benson litigation partner Kerry L. Bundy has been named a recipient of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal 40 Under Forty Award.
The award recognizes 40 of the region's top business and civic leaders who are 39 years of age or younger. To be selected, a candidate must demonstrate consistent outstanding professional achievement and show a commitment to community service.

Bundy is the co-leader of the firm's trade secret practice area team. In addition to focusing her practice on trade secret litigation and counseling, she has extensive experience in franchise and distribution litigation, international arbitration, and complex commercial litigation. Bundy has played key roles in securing winning court orders and verdicts for a number of high-profile Faegre & Benson clients, both domestically and abroad.
A recognized leader in franchise legal community, Bundy sits on the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and is a frequent national speaker and author on franchise topics. She also writes and presents on a variety of trade secret topics. Bundy is a co-editor and contributing author of the acclaimed book, The Secrets To Winning Trade Secret Cases (Thomson-West, 2009).
Bundy is committed to improving the lives of others and maintains an active pro bono practice. She leads the firm's pro bono Safety Project team in representing low-income women in family court proceedings, helping them secure civil orders for protection against violent spouses or partners.
