Stephanie N. Russo has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as a member of the firm's business litigation group. She will focus her practice on family law matters, including dissolutions, paternity, guardianship, custody and parenting time modification, child support, and adoption proceedings.
While attending law school, Russo worked for the State of Indiana in the Office of Management & Budget for nearly 3½ years. She was the public information officer for the Office of Management & Budget and State Budget Agency, in addition to serving as an executive assistant to the directors in both divisions. Russo also has experience working in the Indiana Governor's Office as executive assistant to the Chief of Staff and Indiana State Senate as a legislative assistant to the Majority Caucus Chairman.
Russo graduated from the Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis in 2010 after earning her bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Indianapolis in 2005. Before entering law school, she was a legal assistant with two Indianapolis law firms over four years.
As a soccer player at the University of Indianapolis, Russo was selected to the Great Lakes Valley Conference's all-academic team four straight years.
