3M Company (NYSE:MMM) has named Mary Cullen Yeager, a partner at Faegre & Benson LLP, to the position of Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation & Dispute Resolution, responsible for managing litigation and dispute resolution for 3M worldwide. She will begin this role on March 1, 2011.
Yeager, a leading trial lawyer, has won bench and jury trials in state and federal court, and has extensive experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation.
