Faegre Baker Daniels Deepens Litigation Team With Addition of Matthew Clark

Matthew D. Clark has joined Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as an associate in the law firm's litigation and advocacy practice.

Clark focuses his practice on commercial litigation and appeals, including complex contract, real estate, intellectual property, creditor/debtor, employment and manufacturing disputes. He has experience representing clients across industries involving communications, manufacturing, banking and health care.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Clark was an associate attorney for five years in Seattle on a commercial litigation team with a top rating by Chambers USA. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2007. During law school, Clark was a judicial intern for the Hon. Robert Russel in the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Prior to law school, Clark worked five years in Boulder for the Sterling-Rice Group, one of the country's most successful brand strategy firms — first as technology manager and then as a brand consultant. Clark earned his bachelor's degree in 1995 from the University of Chicago where he was a five-time letterman in soccer and track, earning soccer team defensive MVP.
