Sarah E. Caldwell has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate lawyer in the firm's downtown Indianapolis office. She will concentrate her practice in labor and employment law.
Before joining FaegreBD, Caldwell was an associate litigator with DeLaney & DeLaney LLC where she represented individual and corporate clients in civil litigation matters, particularly involving employment discrimination. In 2014, Caldwell was named to Indiana Super Lawyers' list of Rising Stars.
At FaegreBD, Caldwell will focus on a variety of employment-related matters, including defending employers in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as counseling clients on best practices.
Caldwell graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington in 2011 after earning her bachelor's degree summa cum laude in integrated strategic communications and public relations from the University of Kentucky in 2008.
During law school, Caldwell served as a law clerk in criminal appeals with the Indiana Attorney General's office in Indianapolis, legal assistant in the Indiana University School of Education in Bloomington and legal department intern with Cummins, Inc. in Indianapolis.
