Erin Del Val has joined the product liability litigation group and national food and agriculture industry team at Faegre Baker Daniels. An associate, she will practice from the firm’s Des Moines office.
Del Val litigates on behalf of food and agribusiness companies in product liability, commercial, environmental and nuisance, toxic tort, personal injury and other matters.
Before joining FaegreBD, Del Val practiced in California, representing clients in complex business and real estate litigation.
Del Val has a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University.
