Alyssa Rebensdorf has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as counsel in the firm’s nationally ranked food litigation and regulatory practice and national food and agriculture industry team. She advises food industry clients on complex food litigation and regulatory matters from the firm’s Minneapolis office.
With more than a decade of experience, Rebensdorf represents food companies during litigation in state and federal courts nationwide and advises on risk management and compliance with FDA, USDA and OSHA regulations to avoid litigation. She is also experienced in handling foodborne illness claims and product recalls.
Rebensdorf comes to FaegreBD from a boutique litigation firm based in Minneapolis. She is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.
Rebensdorf received her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
