David Bartoletti has joined Faegre Baker Daniels’ corporate group as an associate. He will practice from the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Bartoletti advises public and private companies on various business matters, including formation, joint ventures and partnerships, raising capital, and mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels on tax planning, including complex state and local income tax, sales and use tax, and excise tax issues.
Previously, Bartoletti was a state and local tax associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. During law school, he interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel. He is a certified public accountant in New York.
Bartoletti is currently studying for a master of laws degree in taxation at the New York University School of Law. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2013 and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Miami in 2010.
