Zachary Froelich has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the firm’s corporate group. He will practice from FaegreBD’s Minneapolis office.
Froelich advises on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions, particularly the tax implications of such deals. He has experience in cross-border structuring, financing, partnership tax, corporate tax, employment tax, New Market Tax Credits and Foreign Bank Account Report filing.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Froelich clerked for Judge Mark V. Holmes at the U.S. Tax Court.
Froelich received a master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law, a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.
