Edmond Ahadome and Justina Roberts have joined the Minneapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels as associates in the intellectual property and corporate groups, respectively.
Ahadome provides counsel and handles litigation on issues related to patent rights and copyright infringement for technologies such as power management, mobile devices, circuit design and medical devices.
Ahadome received a law degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law, a master’s degree in software engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College. Prior to attending law school, he was a software engineer at Boston Scientific.
Roberts is a corporate lawyer who represents both public and private companies in corporate law, including corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters, and capital markets transactions.
Roberts earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School with a business concentration, and her bachelor’s degree from Smith College. She clerked in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota after law school.
