Matt McCubbins Joins FaegreBD Construction and Real Estate Litigation Group

Matt McCubbins has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the construction law and real estate litigation practices. He will work from the firm’s Fort Wayne office.

McCubbins will focus on litigation and dispute resolution related to all types of construction and real estate issues, including commercial real estate transactions, acquisition, development, management and financing.

McCubbins practiced commercial, tort and regulatory litigation in Louisville, Kentucky prior to joining FaegreBD. He has trial and litigation experience representing businesses, property owners, professional entities and licensed professionals before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Before entering the legal profession, McCubbins held positions in branding, sales and marketing in the consumer products, pharmaceutical and health care industries. He earned his law degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a bachelor’s in economics at Bellarmine University.
