Faegre Baker Daniels partner Mike Nader has been named Regional Vice Chair for the Employee Benefits and Pensions Group of Lex Mundi.

Nader is a partner in the ERISA, Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. He practices in all areas of employee benefits and creates strategies that will eliminate or minimize risk for employers when denying or reducing benefits or responding to government inquiries. In addition to his practice, Nader serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Notre Dame Law School. Nader has been named to The Best Lawyers in America for Employee Benefits Law every year since 2005. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
