Julie Weller has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the construction and real estate group in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Weller represents individual and corporate clients in construction and real estate litigation matters. Weller’s work includes assisting robotics and automation clients with contract risk assessment and drafting. She also works with clients at all stages of eminent domain litigation.
Before joining FaegreBD, Weller served as deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she managed real estate litigation files, including eminent domain, quiet title and mortgage foreclosure actions. She has also represented state agencies in mediations and settlement negotiations, and she has counseled independent contractors through real estate transactions for INDOT.
Weller earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law, and she received a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University.
