Edan Shertzer Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (July 19, 2018) — Edan Shertzer has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the finance and restructuring group in the firm’s Chicago office.

Shertzer leads clients through a variety of commercial lending transactions, including syndicated loan facilities, asset-based financings, and restructuring and debtor-in-possession facilities. Edan also represents tribes and lenders in Indian tribal financing matters, including bank loans and bond offerings in support of gaming operations.

Prior to joining FaegreBD, Shertzer was an associate at a New York-based law firm, where he handled bank finance, corporate restructuring and acquisition finance transactions across a range of business sectors.

Shertzer earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School. He received a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College.
