Emma Rodriguez-Ayala Named 2018 Top Latino Leader by National Diversity Council

Emma Rodriguez-Ayala has been named a 2018 Top Latino Leader by The Council for Latino Workplace Equity (CLWE), an initiative under the National Diversity Council.  

The CLWE seeks to recognize individuals that demonstrate leadership excellence and have earned high visibility in the Latino community while operating with the highest integrity. The 2018 Top Latino Leaders were selected based on their contributions to promoting a culture supportive of Latino talent and leveraging this talent for organizational success.  

Rodriguez-Ayala is an investment management attorney, with a business-minded and solutions-oriented approach to counseling clients. As a Partner in Faegre Baker Daniels’ Investment Management practice, she leverages both in-house and private practice perspectives to advise investment advisers and fund investors on legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has experience working on sophisticated international investment management matters.  Rodriguez-Ayala is the President of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, overseeing a team of volunteers supporting over 6,000 members across Chicagoland.  She is a member of the Chicago board of directors of iMentor, and was previously selected as a Business Leader of Color by Chicago United, which recognizes individuals who currently serve or are ready to serve as board directors for Fortune 1,000 companies.
