FaegreBD Welcomes Janeia Brounson in Indianapolis

Faegre Baker Daniels continues to build on its construction and real estate group with the arrival of associate Janeia Brounson. Brounson will work out of the downtown Indianapolis office, focusing on construction contracts and risk management.

Before joining FaegreBD, Brounson practiced at a regional law firm specializing in transactional services. As an associate, she advised clients on entity formation and related corporate governance matters, in addition to drafting and reviewing employment contracts.

Brounson received her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was inducted into international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi and served on the Indiana Law Review. She also holds a B.S. in psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis.
