2012 New Lawyer Experience

This two-day program provides expert, real-world advice on Minnesota law, procedure, strategy and practice tips. Deb Ellingboe and Will Stute will present a session called "Your First Trial: What You Need to Know to Survive."  David Gross will lead a session on "How to Take and Defend Depositions."  Scott Wright is featured as a keynote speaker.  His presentation is entitled "Lawyer, Interrupted: A Lawyer's View of Life and the Practice of Law after Being Hit by the Proverbial Bus."
