Working With Commercial Credit Agreements

This day-long seminar presented by Minnesota CLE will provide lawyers representing lenders and borrowers with key developments in the commercial credit agreement area.  Jim Pfau is a course co-chair and will present on the current state of the commercial loan market and give a case law update.  Mike Carlson will provide a regulatory update on the effects of Dodd-Frank, Basel III and other changes on commercial lending.  David Clark, Randy Gegelman and Lisa Pugh will sit on a panel identifying key language that many lenders' and borrowers' attorneys ignore.  Mike Holden will discuss loan pricing and mechanics.
